Getting Started

  1. Log into Travelport Queue Control Console at https://queuecontrolconsole.travelport.com/ with the credentials provided to you by Travelport. Your agency has already been created within Queue Control Console.

  2. Create an Access Method. Access Methods determine the way Queue Control Console communicates with the GDS via Galileo Web Services.

  3. Within your agency, define the queues that Queue Control Console will monitor.

  4. Create Schedules, which define the times at which you want actions (either a system handler or an advanced robotic ticketing action) to be taken on PNRs within a monitored queue.

You can also create users, view log entries, and generate reports. Refer to User Roles to understand which functionality is available to a user based on their user role.
